She is very organized and prioritizes her workload to ensure she is up to date. She contact clients immediately with their requests, makes changes, documents files, quotes, she is upselling and cross selling, and explaining coverages in detail. She isn’t afraid of a challenge, and knows her stuff in depth. Great candidate.
