He has worked both on the "company" side and the "brokerage" side. He is career focused and "tech savvy". He is looking for a full time position with a respected brokerage house in personal lines as a team lead or manager. He currently leads 12 CSR'S and is hands on when staff are off, away on holidays, or they are busy. He takes phone calls and works on the portals and BMS.
