He is currently issuing slips of insurance, endorsements, analyzing documents for errors prior to sending them out, updating the BMS, adding or removing lines and clients. Follow up on outstanding documents, payments. Assisting his AM in a timely and efficient manner. With his experience as a CSR, he truly understands the need for urgency and accuracy, as well as the terminology and importance of working as a collaborative team member. He is outstanding at what he does!
