Provides full-service account management, handling new business, policy binding, renewals, remarkets, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage reviews while delivering a high level of client service. Supported by a TSR for invoicing and policy documentation, allowing her to focus on providing the best service she can.
  • Goal: To work for a brokerage where her role isn't split into service and production. She is a service driven professional, and is looking for brokerage that is focused on customer excellence
  • Accomplishments: Donald W. Lambie Award - for achieving the highest mark in the initial RIBO qualification exam
  • Systems: Powerbroker, ARS
  • Markets: All Major Portals, some VIP
  • Years of Experience: 2 Years Account Manager in Personal Lines, 6 as a Direct writer in Personal Lines
  • Salary: 60-65 with commision or bonus

  • Location: North York, Marham, Richmond Hill, Concord
  • Area of Expertise: Home and Auto and other areas of PL retail, some VIP- Multi million dollar homes and luxury vehicles
Additional Comments
Works closely with clients throughout the policy lifecycle, following up on outstanding documentation, processing policy changes, maintaining accurate records within the BMS, and ensuring timely completion of all servicing activities.
