This candidate was an absolute joy to speak with. She is dedicated to her clients. She has worked after hours just to make sure all calls were responded to. Service is #1 to her and I clearly heard this when I spoke with her. She will commute up to 1 hour for the right position and with a brokerage that she can stay with long-term. She is very eager to learn more and will be taking the CIP courses soon. She is definitely a team player and also someone who can work independently with ease.
