She is familiar with SIG XP and multiple company portals. She processes billings, claims opening and closing notices on the customer files and portals along with endorsements and cancellations. She scan paperwork onto the BMS and take incoming calls for auto and property claims and much more.
  • Goal: To obtain her RIBO license and become a personal or commercial lines CSR
  • Accomplishments: Completed the RIBO Course now ready to write the exam, College diploma in General Studies Niagara College
  • Systems: SIG XP, Reception, Microsoft Products, Multiple Company Portals, Reading and understanding MVR, A+, HITS Reports EZITV and more
  • Markets: Intact, Jevco, Wawanesa, Travelers, Pembridge, Pafco, CHUBB, Chieftain, Echelon, Coachman, CAA, Gore Mutual, Northbridge, Optimum
  • Years of Experience: 2 yrs 8 mons
  • Salary: $45k-$48k, 3 weeks vacation, benefits, (A raise once RIBO obtained)
