He is currently supporting over 14 Account Managers, and over 200 accounts Constant correspondence with UW's for inconsistencies, missing documentation, policy collection and binding preparation. Solid understanding of insurance principles, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate and interpret complex insurance policies and regulations.
  • Goal: to convert his OTL to RIBO work for a company where growth isn't as limited, opportunity to learn markets, and be a stronger TSR/Account Associate, eventually move into an AM role.

  • Years of Experience: 2 years in CL and 1 Year as a PL Insurance Agent OTL
  • Salary: 65k with bonus
  • Education: OTL will be writing his RIBO shortly, he is studying the course content. He passed his equivalency exam, however he was over the 12 month period to convert, so he will be writing his RIBO ASAP

  • Location: Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Vaughan, Richmond Hill. Will work in Toronto after training remotely

Uses his analytical skills to work on renewal strategies for clients, compare last years risk with the current in order to prepare strategies for the AMs. He is very easy to communicate with, and builds strong relationships with UW and his team. He also prepares and manages commercial insurance policies, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of policies, updating policy information and maintaining records. Submits invoice requests, review for any accounting discrepancies as well. Excellent TSR
