She is accustomed to client facing service, quoting and writing NB, negotiations with UWs, built strong relationships with industry professionals and clients. As a TSR in CL she is assisting on large accounts up to 1 mil in prem, processing endorsements, issuing slips and certs of ins, sending out renewals, document preparation, answering client emails swiftly to ensure they feel a priority, and answering any non sales related questions, in addition to setting up new contracts for financing.
