She is very personable, highly motivated and career focused. She currently services a book of about 3500 policies. She always cross sells to round out accounts. She does everything from A to Z and processes on both the BMS and multiple portals. She provides support to client through the claims process to make sure they are satisfied. She also mentors and trains new hires.
