She understands there are systems she needs to learn and many markets and looks forward to getting started. She is a very quick learner.

This candidate is a real go-getter, she is working very hard to advance her knowledge and career in the Insurance industry. I really enjoyed interviewing her. She would be a great asset to any brokerage house that hires her. She currently has a “hybrid” role 2 days in the office.
