Description: Introducing a highly motivated RIBO licensed CSR who can work as a team player or on her own with ease. She services her clients from A-Z as well as makes 15 to 20 new business sales per month. She also cross sells to round out accounts and upsells. She currently works in a busy call center environment. She enjoys her interactions with her clients and helping them to find the right coverage for their insurance needs. She processes on both the BMS and many company portals
