  • Education: OTL is being transferred to RIBO (has held RIBO previously, to Obtain OTL, is now looking to go back to Brokering) 9/10 CIP Courses Completed, Licensed in all Provinces in Canada (RIBO to come soon)

He goes to the companies directly, ensuring he has the correct person who looks after their insurance and establishes relationships, then finds the markets that fit. He has a positive and encouraging approach to leading his team, he provides 1to1’s, reviewing metrics, call monitoring, coaching staff on how to improve service and build their sales confidence along with change management experience, while servicing his clients.
