Employees are leaving their companies at an alarming rate for a myriad of reasons. Recent studies show that worldwide just 53% of employees plan to stay in their current roles, declining for the fifth quarter in a row. An Express Employment Professionals survey finds that 57% of employees said they would need more than a 10% raise to stay at their current jobs, but only one third of employers are willing to give it.
