Goal: She is currently been moved into a sales role, on straight Commission, which is not where she wishes to be. She is looking for a Risk Analysis role, or leadership role, where she can use the full extent of her skills and ability.
Additional Comments: Sales, service, writing and sourcing out New Business, to daily Am duties like endorsements, file analysis, remarkets, renewals, onsite inspections and risk mitigation this candidate has done it all.
