I really enjoyed interviewing this candidate, she is very motivated and career focused. Her first position within insurance was not a good environment as she felt customer service and retention was not their focus. She believes customer service is a vital part of being a service broker.
I feel she would be an excellent addition to any brokerage house that hires her. She is ok with coming into the office daily if within 25k of her home or a “hybrid” role if a further distance.
