He is currently in a dual role, as Sr. CL AM/Acting Manager and Marketer. He is managing a split book of VIP clients, exceeding his targets for upselling and cross selling, while mentoring new producers and staff. He reaches out to weaker team members to offer support, great relationships with UW, active in Change Management. He is the go to guy for CL!
  • Goal: To take on the title of Commercial Lines Manager, where he can focus on growing and mentoring a successful team, even while still managing a small portfolio of VIP or complex accounts
  • Accomplishments: Exceeds sales targets, is asked to sit on interviews, provide input and feedback on applicants, CHANGE MANAGEMENT - implemented new workflows for efficiency, took a small office with him as the producer and AM, and has assisted in the growth of the brokerage, to the point they are looking to open a new brokerage.
  • Systems: EPIC, Powerbroker
  • Markets: All Major Markets and MGA's, well known from his Marketer role, and Producer experience, as well as his regular interactions as an AM
  • Years of Experience: 8 Years experience in CL, and 2 years doing CL AM and CL Marketer
  • Salary: 90k to 100k plus bonus or commission
  • Education: RIBO, Degree in Teaching
  • Languages: English
  • Location: Durham - Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering - anywhere east of Oshawa - will travel to the GTA for the right role
