He is a quick study with a strong drive to succeed and truly feels his skills are best suited in a service-based role. These are not foreign skills to him; he just needs to spend some time with a mentor or senior staff to review them with him. He is tech-savvy & is able to absorb and apply knowledge quickly. He joins insurer webinars, collecting RIBO credits to work and be successful in service.
