Having started as a TSR supporting a team of 7, she knows the back end work in and out. She swiftly moved into CSR Position, as she picking things up so quickly, completing tasks like endorsements, renewals, quoting, issuing slips, add/remove to policies. She answers emails and calls from clients promptly, taking time to ensure they’re queries were addressed and updates the BMS. She was turning cancellations into renewals & monthly renewal reviews. Great communicator and enthusiasm.
