Additional Comments
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. She is processing endorsements, policy changes, payments and cancellations, outstanding invoices, issuing slips of insurance, making changes on BMS, binding policies and any other task assigned. She is looking for TSR role, where she can also learn more about account management and servicing, so she can step in as a CSR or AM to assist her team when needed. Excellent communication ability and lovely personality.
