She is well spoken, very personable, tech savvy and motivated. Currently she works in a "call center" environment on a "que". She processes on both the BMS and multiple portals. She cross sells and upsells to round out accounts. She handles payments and helps clients with any claims inquiries'. She also reviews renewals and remarkets when necessary
