Test Administration

Proper administration of assessment tools is essential to obtaining meaningful scores from test takers.  One of the most critical aspects of effective administration is that JOB-BORN builds rapport and puts candidates at ease so that they give a typical response to the questions.

 

Careful test administration is very important for standardized tests that are norm referenced.  It is therefore important that JOB-BORN administer tests in a consistent and standardized way, making full use of the instructions that are available, so that we can create test taking conditions that are as similar as possible to the conditions that were present when the test was originally developed.  This helps to ensure that we use the test in a fair and consistent way, and that comparisons we make during the interpretative process are valid.
